DavidO'SULLIVANPassed away peacefully at home on March 30th, after a long illness, aged 75 years.
Dearest Husband to Ann, loving Dad to Zoe, Shane and Nathan and Grandad to Dylan, Liam, Maya, Ivy and Patrick.
Funeral service will take place at the Crematorium in the Park, Plymouth, ceremony room 2, on Monday 28th April at 12:30pm.
